Our Return Period

At Swara Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return & exchange your items within 3 days of receiving your order. This short window ensures that any returns are processed quickly, allowing us to maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

Please email us the unboxing video and pictures of the products along with your Order ID number. The subject of the email should be "EXCHANGE IT PLEASE," and this must be done within 3 days of receiving the items. Subsequently, please send the product you wish to exchange to the email address provided. Please note that used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Product(s) sold at markdown prices due to defects cannot be returned.

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • All items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached to the garments.
  • Unboxing Video must not edited and paused

Returning an item is easy, but please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend choosing a reliable shipping service with tracking options to ensure your return reaches us safely. Once we receive your returned items and they pass inspection, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
